Violation & Sanctions

If any breach of our Engagement Rules is verified during review, or if your ongoing access appears to undermine pubgambleuk, its community, or general welfare, the following consequences may be enforced based on our judgment:

1. Separate alleged conspirators or infractions from standard matchups;
2. Permanently deactivate your Website access;
3. Repossess existing balance from your profile;
4. Pursue damage recovery via judicial or administrative means, or initiate legal actions where suitable;
5. In instances of major offenses, block your future access and registrations to the platform.

Types of Competitions

• pubgambleuk facilitates two primary Competition modes: (1) General Entry Contests open to all users and (2) Private Contests open only to invited members. All described rules apply across both.
• General Entry Contests
  • In General Entry Contests, pubgambleuk might organize matches with variable player counts—2, 3, 5, 10, 100, or other defined values.
  • These can be fee-based matches where victors are announced post-round.
  • Each event will outline the minimum number of users needed for launch. Once met, the Contest runs. If not achieved by round kickoff, the Contest is aborted and full entry costs are returned.
  • Specific Contests labeled “Locked Contests” activate when the required winner threshold is hit—even if not all spots are filled. Players can still join these until the match begins or the limit is filled. Should these conditions not be met in time, full refunds apply with no penalty.

Private Invitation Contests

• In Private Contests, users can craft bespoke matches, invite participants, and set player counts to 2, 3, 5, or 10. The organizer covers fees, titles the match, and receives a custom League Code. Post creation, only the name is editable. The organizer must submit Facebook or email info for invitees so pubgambleuk can send invites.
• To participate in a Private Contest, the invited individual must input the Contest Code and pay. Once full, no additional entries are allowed. If incomplete one hour before kickoff, members may opt to convert it to Public. pubgambleuk does not promise this switch will succeed or attract more players. If it still remains unfilled, full reimbursements apply.
• Only a predetermined number of invited users may enter. pubgambleuk is not answerable for system errors or disqualifications that stop invitees from taking part.

Accountability & Indemnity

By accessing our Services or joining Contests, you consent to defend, compensate, and shield us from any liabilities or costs (including legal charges and indirect consequences) stemming from:

1. Intellectual property or copyright disputes due to your shared materials;
2. Malicious, damaging, or illegal conduct by others, including false or offensive content;
3. Unauthorized, exploitative, or harmful use of your profile;
4. Any service disruptions, system failures, slowness, corrupted data, malware, or tech breakdowns during use;
